At night its quiet so this place suitable for family with children.The tv have netflix so you can chill at night watching movies.This place surrounded by flower garden & you can see kinabalu mountain clearly before 8am. Bonus is got a cute cat keep visiting our room.

the location was superbb!! view is amazing..u wont get this anywhere else..can see the kinabalu mountain very clearrr simply by walking out to the balcony but make sure come out early in the morning.around 9 something the fog already covering half of the mountain..

The general cleanliness of our homestay was acceptable, and there was a vending machine to sell us basic items like 3in1 coffee sachets for emergencies.

The beautifully grown flowers and plants are so pretty and just adds to the mystical feeling about the place. makes you feel you are in paradise on earth. The facilities in the villas are also a plus - the heated flooring, beds, hot water in the shower and bath helps in the evenings and mornings.
