There was a full milk carton, cereal boxes and croissants waiting for us when we arrived famished. We were able to buy supplies for dinner from Martine (the host) as we were too late to go to shop or restaurant. The place was impeccably clean and comfy. There were every sort of thing you could need for a comfortable stay with children - TV, Cable connection, CDs, books, board games etc. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and even hot chocolate for my boy. We were happily surprised to find a washing machine, washing supplies and a clothes drying rack. We felt instantly at home and the hosts were the most sweet and lovely people. They had the patience to answer all our non stop enquiries.

Featuring a garden and views of quiet street, Gites Le Vieux Vinzelles is a holiday home situated in a historic building in Volvic, 11 km from Clermont-Ferrand Cathedral. The owner, Magalie was very welcoming, the site is idyllic with woodland, a large picturesque garden, places to wander and eat outside. Many birds and other wildlife. Easy access by transport to Puy-de-Dome, Vulcania and places of interest.. Excellent base for walking, cycling, touring by car. Supermarkets a few minutes' drive away. Tasteful apartments in picturesque hunting lodge. Equipped with high quality furnishings and all that's needed for self-catering. Les Vincelles is a delightful relaxing place to stay.

Boasting garden views, Maison Commandant Blaison offers accommodation with free bikes, a garden and barbecue facilities, around 25 km from Célestins Spring. A very nice house, very clean, super warm (we had minus degrees outside) and very lovely. The hostess was lovely, very helpful, gave us restaurant recommendations and made our check in and check out super easy (we left very early the morning). To us it was very important to have a safe parking place and we were very pleased with the parking facilities. Can only recommend a stay at this location.

The host is very nice and helpful. She explained every thing us include how to use the sauna room. House is well designed with details. We are very happy staying there and will absolutely come back if we have a chance again.
