The house was clean, quiet, super cute, and very comfortable. It is an old farmhouse that has been beautifully remodeled. It was just a short walk from a waterfall and trails, and a short drive to Woodstock, Saugerties, and Kingston. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Amazing place! The decor and aesthetic of the place is incredible, spotless too. They have everything you need to cook and they had complimentary coffee and tea! Parking is plentiful and the patio outback was perfect to have a coffee amongst the snow. Short 15-20 minute walk into town and directly across from the ski hills. Highly recommend this place! I'll definitely be back. Thanks for an incredible stay. :)

Walking distance to Niagara Falls, casino, and many other activities and stores. The house has 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The host was very responsive to messages. We were able to check in around 1am or 2am. I would definitely stay here again. Good value for the money!

Nothing more relaxing than waking up to winter wonderland with all the tranquility and soothing sounds of the river. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating with our request for an earlier check in. We’ll definitely be back again!
