Stayed two nights here. Located a short drive / walking distance from Wanaka town (near restaurants, supermarket and lakefront). Spacious room, comfortable beds, ample parking right in front of the unit, kitchen was decently equipped for cooking (microwave, hob, and appliances), heater warms up the entire room, and convenient check-in/out process.
Each of these stylish self-contained holiday apartments includes a fireplace. Guests can relax in the hot tub or seasonal outdoor heated pool. Guests enjoy access to free WiFi.

The room was clean, warm, comfortable and spacious - when we arrived, we just spent the afternoon relaxing in our room as it was so warm and comfortable.
Featuring a swimming pool and children's playground, Mt Aspiring Holiday Park is set in beautiful surroundings just 3 km from Wanaka Town Centre.

Stayed in studio cabin, staff had gone in early to turn heaters on as it was freezing outside which was really thoughtful. Place was spotless, beds super comfy.

The lake frontage with stunning views of the mountains and lake and choices of eateries catering for vegetarians
Good parking but roadworks made it difficult at times to get around
Would recommend the Big Fig for vegetarians and Charlie Brown for great crepes

The views of the lake and surrounding area are really stunning. It’s seemed a really peaceful place with just enough to do. Plenty of eating out places to choose from and many activities and places to visit. We will definitely be back.

A wholesome town just outside of Queenstown.
A wholesome town just outside of Queenstown. I could've stayed here weeks. It was a great location to be based at for Roy's Peak Summit, more hiking and days spent by the lake. Bonus activity was a dinner and movie night at Cinema Paradiso. A really lovely town with a very live-able atmosphere.

Wanaka itself is a lovely spot.
Wanaka itself is a lovely spot. It was lovely without being too much of a tourist trap. The art gallery I visited was very good, and the two local restaurants also good and reasonably priced. The staff at the Thai restaurant were especially friendly and helpful. I wish I had stayed long enough to drive out to a few places from Wanaka.
Very Friendly Hosts that came round to welcome us. the property is a self contained annexe to the house and private with its own patio and BBQ. felt very homely after travelling round NZ staying in motor inns and hotels. property had good nformation about things to do in wanaka and books on NZ. it had a washing machine so we were able to do our laundry (at no extra cost). It had all the facilities you would want. was so good we wanted to stay for a few more days, but unfortunately it was already booked.
Excellent location and facilities. The kitchen is well equipped and huge. I travelled alone, last minute 2 day trip trip during busy school holiday season. Not many vacancies in town, i decided to stay in private room with ensuite. Big room (#1) with view of Lake Wanaka- clean with large bathroom and separate entrance. Very comfortable. staff were very courteous and helping.
New world supermarket, lake and main Ardmore street is 2 mins walk. so convenient
Decent place in the town centre, good price & value but the room could’ve done with some TLC. The heater was broken and there was a space heater but the room was still pretty chilly. Front desk lady was very friendly. Wifi was also pretty good, which was a nice bonus considering all the other places we’ve stayed had pretty shitty wifi. I’d stay here again if I was on a budget but I’d stay elsewhere if you could afford a bit more :)
Beautiful view over the lake; with snowcapped mountains behind. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise, with a quite varied menu and good selection of wines. The food was excellent, and the service was very efficient. The hotel was unable to offer breakfast however were happy to give us information regarding the local cafe which had a breakfast service.
West Meadows of Wanaka surpassed all expectations, thanks to the exceptional warmth and friendliness of the host. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay was truly remarkable, going the extra mile at every turn. The location couldn't have been better, with easy access to the city center and breathtaking mountain views adding to the charm. Highly recommended for an unforgettable experience in Wanaka.
Wanaka Fairway Motel we stay, clean, neat, well equip. Good kitchen utensils and generous coffee and tea packs. Good heating in all rooms and toilets. Location is easy to find. Motel is just a short walk to town center that have all the shops, eateries and groceries store.
Friendly staff.
This was a SPECTACULAR home away from home, close to town with magnificent views of the lake and snow capped mountains. It felt like a home not a hotel, and we were so comfortable for our stay in Wanaka. The beds were comfy, it was warm and had everything we needed.
The rooms in the hostel were cosy and affordable, and very clean. There was a minor issue with my room, but it was not the fault of the hotel, and the staff were very quick to address the issue. The bar and restaurant were also very good and modern.
Apartment had wonderful view of Lake Wanaka, was quite large, and very well-equipped, including heat pump, laundry facilities, and dishwasher. Grounds had beautiful flowers. Location was walking distance to grocery stores and the town.
This is a lovely BNB, with excellent amenities, lovely personal touch. The bed, ensuite and morning breakfast are all lovely and make for a be comfortable and relaxing holiday. Touches you don't get in a traditional hotel.
I'm normally a hotel person but I loved Wanaka Top 10. The staff were amazing and the cabins were exceptional. Clean to a very high standard, comfortable and very relaxing. Great family facilities.
Excellent place to stay if your skiing. Short walk to the hotel and the apartment had everything you need. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Will come back again. Many thanks!
The hotel is spacious, with a large bed, seating, a kitchen, and a large bathroom. It’s located a block outside of downtown Wanaka, and everything was a 5-10 minute walk.
Location entry was down a busy residential street, however the other side of the hotel did go to lakefront.
The beds were comfy and the room was clean!
