Bedrooms have en suite marble bathrooms and offer free Wi-Fi. - The service was perfect, quick and available at all times. - They always have shown a good care about our needs and provided us with whats needed such as a crib for the baby and an iron. - The balcony’s view was spectacular at both day and night times. - The bathroom was very warm. - To be honest I’ve never seen such friendly stuff, they were considerate and helpful at all times. - The place has a very good location near a very good landmarks such as coffees, supermarkets and a pharmacy. - It’s a very good option for a long stay in London, so thankful for choosing you.

This 5-star luxury hotel is in London's Knightsbridge, looking out over quiet gardens. One of my favorite hotels in the world. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everything I needed was as always provided in a timely manner. I also noted the shortbread in the room was refilled daily; this was a welcome addition.

I love everything about the hotel. Our room is a good size with an enormous window looking out at a park and with a window seat and windows that open a little. There are lots of seating areas and a gorgeous garden patio and the staff are excellent with very fast service in all areas particularly housekeeping.

Hotel quality is exceptional. I actually booked for 11 Cadogan and was sent to the newly renovated Chelsea Townhouse. The bathroom was spotless. Noble Isle toiletries. Hans' got a great selection of egg dishes for breakfast. Location of the hotel. The variety and availability of shops, bars and restaurants around Sloane Square and Pavilion Road.
