Ideally located between central London's Knightsbridge and Kensington districts, the boutique 5-star Milestone Hotel Kensington boasts a resistance pool, a fitness centre, and a luxurious spa. Words cannot describe the magical week we had in London. Our family of 4 began our holiday at the beautiful and magestic Milestone Hotel. We have travelled to many countries and stayed at many hotels, but we have never experienced the level of service as we did at the Milestone. We flew in from Australia at 6am, went straight to the hotel. They welcomed us with complementary breakfast and coffee, because our rooms were not ready. If you come to London for the history, then you must visit the Milestone. The breakfast room is just beautiful. The details in the furniture, colours, walls, pictures are just stunning. The service at the front desk, concierge, doorman, dining room and at turn down service is sheer perfection. So generous, genuine and so accommodating, nothing was too hard. The advice re, where to eat out, transportation, shopping was always perfect. I haven’t even begun to talk about our rooms. The hotel was kind enough to put us in adjoining rooms. Two beautiful rooms with their own bathrooms, decorated to perfection. Sweets and water delivered daily at turn down service by a group of lovely women who were so generous and happy. Our hotel was situated across the road from Kensington Palace. Location was great really. Kensington High St bustling with shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, tube station just a minute away. Bus stops just out front to take you to Knightsbridge, South Kensington, Chelsea, Piccadilly Circus and so much more. We even caught our tour bus just out front. Overall for us, it was one, if not the best hotel stays we’ve had with our family.

This 5-star London hotel is quietly located next to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate Tube Station. The hotel offers breath-taking views of the famous London skyline. All the staff that you come across the stay at every touch point are all extremely polite and it shows that they want to help you at every step of the way to have a good stay.

Well set in the centre of London, The Peninsula London provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, private parking and room service. Location. Welcoming and attentive staff all round from start to finish. Impressive valet system in the room that makes for seamless deliveries and pick ups.

Featuring a two Michelin star restaurant and a stunning spa, the luxury Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London overlooks Hyde Park and Knightsbridge. It is a beautiful hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent and close to Harrods and a tube station. The staff and doormen were friendly and helpful. We were provided with complementary champagne and a cake was provided for my husband's birthday.

Situated in the heart of Knightsbridge, Bulgari Hotel London features 85 beautifully appointed spacious rooms and suites, an elegant bar and restaurant, a 25-metre swimming pool, private cinema, and a... concierge service was outstanding, they help them in getting ready for my meetings and speech. room service is great
