The location is really good, it's 5 to 10 mnts walk and u r near the shopping areas and food The staff are really nice and helpful, we felt home always asking us if we need anything and to be safe ❤️ The continental breakfast was nice, the pastries was soooo fresh, the coffee was really good the ambiance is l9vely and cozy

We had a 1 night staycation and it was fabulous. Love the SPA and the bar reserved for guests only. Much more quiet than downstairs. Very modern and spacious room. We were offered a room upgrade as well. Dyson hair dryers in every room. Love the cozy loafers to take home.

Ovaj luksuzni hotel s 4 zvjezdice i pogledom na privatne, zaklonjene vrtove sadrži 2 restorana, teretanu i 2 zimska vrta. Superb service, all staff went over and above to be helpful and kind. The salary should be fair, I have an impression that they enjoy their work very much. The service of the hotel is the best one I've experienced so far. They do their best to meet our needs. My room is only 15 square meters, however the cell is very high therefore I do not feel it is small. I love its stylish Victorian style decor and over all were clean. Morning breakfast are two options, British full breakfast also continental breakfast. I've tried both and love them. Location is perfect in the Bloomsbury area. Great access to underground as well as bus stations, shopping, China town, the British Museum, theathers and National Gallery I can reach them all by walking. The street of the hotel is very clean and peaceful. There are live jazz in the hotel bars, but I have not tried. would love to try next time. Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. Thank you very much for a wonderful 6 night stay!
