An extremely charming building and decoration that took us back in time in London. The staff is superb. Location could not be better.

This 5-star London hotel is quietly located next to Hyde Park, Marble Arch and Lancaster Gate Tube Station. The hotel offers breath-taking views of the famous London skyline. We arrived at the hotel tired and weary after a long haul flight with little to no sleep. The pelting rain and brisk wind did not help. We received the warmest welcome from Ade at reception who checked us in, cheered us up and guided us to our room in super quick time. We could not be more grateful to Ade and your hotel has won our loyalty for this simple but tremendously kind experience. To top things off, we enjoyed a magnificent dinner at your in-house restaurant - Nipa Thai, that evening. Thank you!
