Location, detail in decoration, everything was brand new! There was espresso capsules for a quick coffee! Really appreciated! I also liked that there was communication with the manager and they answered all our questions giving us great recommendations!

Majoituksen hinta-laatusuhde hyvä. Sopiva yhden tai parin yön majoitukseen. Majoitustilassa on useampi huone ja jokaisessa on oma kylpyhuone. Todella siistit tilat. Yhteisessä tilassa on espressokone, vedenkeitin ja pientä syötävää. Huoneissa vesi- ja mehupullot ja pieni jääkaappi.

The apartment was perfect, spacious, very clean and with all the amenities. The communication with Francesco perfect and he was kind enough to wait for our late check in. The location is great, very close to the city center with lots of supermarkets shops cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. We would strongly recommend this apartment accommodation in Parma and we will be happy to return to it again in the future.

The place is so charming and the room was so comfortable. Anna makes the best chocolate cake and omelets for breakfast. Michele made us a fire in the fireplace so we can have an indoor picnic. They also have the two friendliest puppers if you ask them to be let out in the main yard to play with. Like staying with family.

This room is in a beautiful historic Palazzo with a perfect location in the centre of the historic part of Parma. Bed was comfortable, the bathroom had modern conveniences (the shower worked beautifully!) and Giancomo was very accommodating and helpful. The high ceilings are gorgeous with painted frescoes. There is no lift to the second floor, but we were ok with that. It’s 20 - 25 min from the train station. A/C worked well. Great place to stay

We liked everything about this apartment! One of our favourites! Good-sized room with high ceiling and comes complete with stove and kitchen appliances. Love the good quality toiletries. Great convenient location near to the city centre and a short 5-10min bus ride from the train station. Ernesto gave good recommendations of restaurants that were excellent (and not touristic). We didn’t know how to operate the stove well and he responded quickly with good advice. The apartment was cleaned professionally daily.
