Boasting a garden and views of garden, Boutique Rooms 3 0 is a guest house situated in a historic building in Ferrara, 1.2 km from Ferrara Train Station. The boutique accommodations have been renovated beautifully, rooms are comfortable and stylishly decorated. There's a lovely little common patio and a common area self-service coffee/tea/drinks room with microwave and a part-time reception. The building is situated on a quiet narrow cobblestoned street in the historical center. The staff was very welcoming, helpful and kind. I had a little problem with the A/C one evening and they responded quickly to solve the issue. It was a very enjoyable stay and I hope to return.

Location, detail in decoration, everything was brand new! There was espresso capsules for a quick coffee! Really appreciated! I also liked that there was communication with the manager and they answered all our questions giving us great recommendations!

Perfect base for exploring Bologna. Very clean and comfortable, brilliant shower and lovely toiletries. The area was lovely and felt very safe - a lovely spot to explore. The host was fantastic, good, clear communication and very happy to help. A communal kitchen was a great addition too! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bologna.

Fully modern & updated. Cleanliness of the highest standard. Location in a quiet residential neighborhood, but easy walk to the center. Giulia & Maria were responsive to requests in a timely manner. Both were gracious and accommodating. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out. If you are thinking of renting this apartment, don’t hesitate.
