weddings took over hotel... not looked after in breakfast .. had to wait for table to be prepared .. we had to ask for service.. where as wedding party given priority .. whcih not good as they probably paid less than us.. not good value for monety either |

Good position, close to centre with great views over the river. Room was large. Carpet was worn and did not lie flat on floor. Windows were filthy both inside and out. Breakfast for two at over £30 was hugely expensive. |

Location was perfect, car parking easy because of free use of multi-storey. We had conniseur room which is supposed to be the best, but the bathroom is definately in need of updgradng. Not enough milk.biscuits supplied on coffee tray in room. Only enough milk for two cups each, only one biscuit each. For the price they charge, thought there might of been more. When other people had food via room service, trays were left outside the room with leftovers on for long time. |

Location, we were going to the Metro Radio Arena to a concert< the hotel was a little over 5 minutes away The room was a little tired, although spotlessly clean , it did smell like an ex smoking room |

Staff were very helpful. Location was excellent. Because this was a late booking the Hotel had no record of the reservation as their acess to booking centre stopped at 5pm. When I telephoned to explain late arrival the staff confirmed one room number however when I arrived I was allocated another room. It was fortunate that I had printed off the details of the booking. |
