From the moment we arrived we were in good hands. When we asked about different trip options and bus tickets, they took a lot of time and patience to explain everything to us with great kindness. The room was clean, comfortable and not too cool and the shower was great! Finally a shower with enough water pressure :) They had a little puppy, very cute and playful.
