A highlight of the area is the Pakse Golden Buddha, which is situated across the river on a hill, just 4 kilometers from the hostel. This is by far the best hostel I ever stayed in in south-east asia. The beds are super comfy, they provide towels, the bathrooms are clean but most of all, the staff is amazing. Thumbs up for everyone that is working here!

The nearest airport is Pakse International Airport, 148 km from the hostel. My room was spacious and had new bikes to rent out each day compared to other places. The AC worked, this was the most important part of my stay because summer was a killer.
