One of the best breakfasts we had in Japan, very good onsen, photos don’t do justice to the room, our room was very well stocked, they even provided washing liquid for the washer.

Dave was always on time to transport to and from ski resort; and willing to transport for additional requests. Very friendly and helpful, made reservation for outstanding restaurant for us. Special dinner at the hotel was very special. Onsen was excellent with magnificent view.

Located in the middle of Hirafu Village just a 10-minute taxi ride from JR Kutchan Station, Kimamaya Boutique Hotel offers luxurious and stylish accommodations. Staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful, whole place is super cozy and being smaller you see the other guests around and it has a very friendly atmosphere. Restaurant for breakfast is stunning. Free shuttles by WhatsApp up and down from the gondola, but then you’re more in the Center of town closer to restaurants etc. Could not recommend more

The rooms were spacious and private, breakfast offering was great and diverse, the onsens are amazing and have both indoor and outdoor baths. The massages were very relaxing. The hotel offers shuttle buses each day to and from popular ski and town locations. Ski hire can be booked through the hotel and delivered to the hotel ski lockers which made things a lot easier.

Staff was awesome and very helpful. They made us feel welcome and helped with issues we had like ordering a taxi or getting information about surroundings. 10 stars for staff. Rooms were clean. We had in room onsen. It was small but the view was great. Breakfast buffet was great. Lots of things to choose from, Japanese and western. Ski Lyft was very close to the hotel. Price was also reasonable. There is no other place where you can have an in room onsen for this price.

Everything was amazing at Zaborin. The snow view was beautiful and surreal. Room price included both breakfast and dinner. Unlike some meal inclusive resorts, the food quality here was superior and on par with what you would get at top-tier restaurants. The service is also impeccable. All the staff we met were amazing and epitome of Japanese service.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We had an incredible trip. The staff were very helpful, locations not right in the centre but it’s not an issue with the bus system they run so well. Rooms were really nice size and great amenities. View of Mt. Yotēi was stunning. Great breakfast, really could not fault a thing. We can’t wait to come back and stay!
