The rooms are quite big and comfortable. The stay has a decent size pool and a recreational room with pool table and foosball to pass time. On another note, the owners are really helpful as they allowed us complimentary early check-in at 2:30 am in their dorm room and also complimentary late check-out as our bus was late at night. They also helped us book the bus tickets and cave tour at reasonable price.

Very clean and nice rooms + large bathroom. Breakfast is not included in the price but you can get it for a fair price there and it is very tasty. The host spoke english very well and was able to organize transportation, tours and every other question for us. Location at the riverside is the best spot to be in Phong Na. Renting a scooter and driving trough the park was our highlight.

All pretty new good shower and aircon, clean and spacious room with a small balcony all I asked for, can’t fault the property.

I can’t say Thanks to Trang amazing guest I have found in my traveling experience till now. Our bus dropped us at 2 am in the morning. Trang came to pickup us with motor bike at 2 am . He is a very good gentleman. Always recommend to stay at his place and support smaller homestay

Quang Binh is good option for adventure traveller, not suitable for relaxation and beach. the nature view on the road to paradise cave, dark cave iss so so amazing, experience yourself with the rented motobike. the cave is not interesting to me, so boring and waste of money on the ticket-it is so expensive but not worthy for me

This hotel is rated as 4 star, but standards have slipped considerably. Our rooms were large and comfortable, but the furniture and fittings need renewal and repair. The river view is excellent and the city view is very good. Daily room service was very good. The pool is large and well maintained. We appreciated the flexibility of a 1 pm check-out.

Short distance to peaceful beach and good view of river also. Food delivery works here so you have more options other than seafood restaurants around.

Phong nha is a must see area! And the farmstay is a great relaxing place to stay. It’s more like a relaxed boutique hotel vibe than a ‘farmstay’ in my view. But you do look out on farms being worked:) the staff were so helpful and great and we loved exploring the region each day (caves are incredible and the national park is beautiful) then coming back the farmstay at night
