It was a nice resort with lots of things to do ON the property. There's a walking trail behind the tennis court. Basketball nets, squash courts, pool and a fitness room. Although it's the farthest from the town it's nice if you want piece and quiet and a good spot to walk your dog.

If you are traveling and plan to stay in Banff National Park, there are several "high end" Hotels / Resorts. The Rim Rock is one of them. It is near the Banff Gondola and Hot Springs and convenient to the Bus that runs every 20 minutes or so to the center of Banff. The Views are incredible and the amenities are super. Not the cheapest place, but one of the best. Highly recommended for that "special" trip ... great in Winter as well as Summer.

Comfy bed and pillows, quality furnitures and appliances. We love the location, close to town, hiking areas and snow resorts. Bathroom has nice fixtures including the shower. Loft is perfect for family of five. Great customer service, thanks Bryan for helping us set up the wood-burning fireplace. And appreciate the small treat and toy from Front Desk for our fur baby.

This hidden gem was a beautiful relaxing stop on our way through town. The room had 2 queen beds and a pull out. The pull out was in front of a cozy wood burning fireplace. The resort provides free firewood. The rooms were clean and had a full kitchen with tools included. The beds were comfortable and the suite very cozy. The only thing we wish was the room was warmer, we stayed up feeding the fire but seemed to still be cold. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They have complementary coffee in the lobby every morning.
