The rest was great: nice and high quality food, lots of drinks, comfy rooms (with USB sockets at the bed), clean pools, clean and nice beach, great for making memorable pictures. You also can rent a car or book an activity right in the lobby, super convenient.

The childrens' pool was exceptional. We stayed the evening as we were in Tulum, staying in Playacar. The beach was the best of our 15 day trip as we travelled to various areas. It was very clean and clear water. The food was exceptional and the room was spacious. Thank you. Hoping we can stay again in the future.

From Breakfast til late night room service the foods offered were varied and Delicious. The servers themselves were charming and all smiles to the guests, went the extra mile to please and committed to guest pleasant stay. The morning wait staff taught me Spanish! The grounds are kept beautiful and felt safe constantly seeing staff on the grounds.

All around excellent stay. Great service, facilities, food, drinks. Everything at the resort was exactly how I would have expected it for an all-inclusive stay. The staff were the absolute best, incredibly helpful and friendly.

Food was very good at all restaurants and buffet. Lots to do when considering you have access to all the amenities offered through the 5 other Barcelo resorts. Beach was big and well groomed. Not much to complain about.

We loved that the pathways between the amenities were tree covered with lots of cute coatis (raccoon like animals) running around. It felt very jungle-like and charming. The beach area was beautiful and very private, and they kept the beach nice and clean. The staff were super friendly and made the stay better. The food was excellent as well. They had tons of choices for food allergies/sensitivities with many types of cuisine. We will definitely come back.BrittYoung couple

I went for a wedding. The food and drinks were a lot better than I expected! I thought it was really good. :) Food was nice and hot! The staff were phenomenal; they were all so nice and courteous. :) They had a great attitude. Room was clean! Pool was at a lovely temperature. I’d love to go again. Loved the night performances they have. I stayed for 4 days and that wasn’t enough time.
