Beds are too soft, but this is a matter of preference. Iron was not not working. I did not bother to request a replacement.

The front desk was helpful and accommodated checking during night hours. I was able to check out by 2 p.m. due to my late arrival. The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was reasonable, especially when it was included in the room reservation.

the hotel is near the metro. The room was spacious, and food is average. The staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was available and attended our request. The best part was the cookies.

Room dining is until 11 pm. I hope that upon check-in, they inform the guest about the facilities' timings, restaurant and outlet. Breakfast could be better, food line up specifically.

The breakfast was not up-to Hilton's standard wouldn't recommend. Most of the item outsourced and nobody knew ingredients/allergens. Not much for vegans, lacto-vegetarians. Lots of construction ongoing in the area so lots of unpaved road nearby.

Location, new property clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and responsive to the requests. Metro station is nearby few mins walk.

The bed was not comfortable and we asked to change the mattress, and they did. The location was not super, the breakfast was average and the room lacked some items (slipper, robe, the towels were VERY old, toiletries, shower cap) the parking area was very snug and narrow

The breakfast was not great limited fruit and not a great selection of cheeses. Having an egg allergy I was limited to a few options. Location - easy access to the metro but too far out of the centre.

My husband enjoyed the comfortable bed. I like reading a book and spending my time on the rooftop, comfy sofa next to the swimming pool. Good location Reasonably priced. Smooth transaction for for checking in and checking out

Check in took a while the receptionist said sit down in the lobby but nobody came to tell us that our room is ready we had to ask after 30 mins waiting. The construction work near the hotel during the night but I don't blame hotel for this not their fault.

We were really happy with friendly staff and accommodation in high floor as per request with no extra cost. Close to the metro station only 1 stop to Creek station. Many shops near the hotel. Room was nice spacious and comfortable bed. Rooftop pool is great but closing at 4PM during ramadan what we didn't know and also there is no Burj khalifa view as on the picrures on booking.com. Breakfast till 11AM which was great for us after long night life in dubai and food was tasty with lot of choices. Overall we had a really nice stay.
