We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Saudi ArabiaThe bed mattress needs to be upgraded to a more comfortable option, since this hotel is graded as a five-star hotel. Also, I didn't like the mid day call from the reception asking, a not well justified questions that seem to be aimless. They just disrupted my sleep and I woke up groggy and lightheaded. Also, the hotel should either trust their customers of being sincere about their promise to pay or just request for a block amount from the credit card, instead of calling to either come to the front desk to pay or calling again to ask for someone with the money machine to come and finalize the payment. This also distrusted my sleep routine and left me groggy with a clouded mind. If not for these, I would have given the 10 as I did in the previous visit.
This is the best hotel to feel the true autehentic vibes of the city of Dubai. The location is well served with all your needs within walking distance. The view is true and magnificent, with so many details on the horizon, unlike the concrete jungle at Shaikh Zayed road. This hotel is family friendly, were the overall experience and scenery within the hotel are modest. As well no alcohol is to be found in the fridge, which is a huge plus

KuwaitTransport doesn't pass by the hotel. You need to request in advance and staff will cooperate with that. Anyways, it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. I wish they change the red carpet at the lobby, so irritating and doesn't match the decoration. The beauty salon in the hotel only has male staff so I couldn't manage to do my hair in the hotel. I booked nonrefundable by booking.com and when we had death in the family, they never cooperated at all regarding refund but after negotiation with booking.com they accepted to change dates of stay.
Staff specially Asians. SUJIT is so cooperatiove, professional and friendly. Comfort. Safety. View. Welcoming drink! So delicious. Breakfast. Facilities. Room. All in all, real 5 stars experience.

The staff, especially Aicha, were exceptional and offered us drinks at reception and an extended check-out time which was really helpful as I had a couple of critical calls. All the staff were really pleasant and very helpful which is rare to find.

My stay in Golden Sands Dubai Creek was very good and comfortable.. Because the hotel staff was very attentive, cheerful, helpful and understanding of my needs and requests, the week went quite fast, like I was just at home with family. Special mention and thanks to the front desk team, Kristina, Jovy, Christine, Su, Aicha, Maureen, Khalif and the restaurant staff, the swimming pool attendants, and the room cleaners. Many many thanks to all of you for your warm care. Looking forward to staying there at Golden Sands Dubai Creek again soon.

United KingdomThe hotel is a little out of the main area but this can easily be accessed by taxi. Roof top pool area would benefit from having some areas of shade.
Very friendly, professional staff. The hotel is very clean and the rooms.are a good size and very comfortable. If eating at the hotel there is an excellent Italian restaurant and the breakfasts are plentiful and delicious.
