I was at dinner in the hotel restaurant, one of the employees asked me not to sit in a certain place as “it was booked” for a group! I have never seem a “booked” open buffet. It’s either for everyone or it should be closed for special events.

It’s not close to the beach, so you have to go there with shuttle buses, and often it’s full so if there’s no space left you have to go back with taxi.

Great ! In my experience for the price it was excellent, definitely worth staying there.

I booked for 2 nights through Booking.com but unable to stay for more than few hours. Tried to get some money back, but unfortunately, as I booked on non-refundable basis, the Hotel couldn't make any refund.

Long wait for the elevators. Tiny balcony with no furniture (deluxe king room). Shower not working properly. The pool was a little too cold, it's not heated and probably doesn't get a lot of sun during the day.

+ Helpful staff. Good breakfast, although the restaurant is quite small but the choice is wide. Pool is not on the rooftop which is a plus: it's fully shaded before noon and there is no wind. There is a zone with 70 cm depth , not a separate kid's pool. Comfortable complimentary bus to JBR Marina . -

Room was good. Breakfast was great and convenient, right next to reception. Transport to shopping centres and other places of interest, provided by the hotel was outstanding. Staff were outstanding.

Ability to call taxi’s was poor, otherwise everything else met our expectations.

One of rooms we had had distinct smell of urine. Another room's bathroom had a leak from toilet.

Breakfast was included in room price, which is great, but menu was exactly the same with not that much of variety. WIFI and Internet speed was decent.

Slippers could be provided in the rooms and some sort of rubber squeezer for the water in the bathroom. Cause after showering the other person can’t shower immediately they have to wait for the water to be drained

It was a little crowded for breakfast, and the breakfast itself could have a bit more variety.

This hotel is great combination of price+quality. We’ve enjoyed staying here and I will for sure recommend it. We’ve got big room, everything works excellent, there is coffee machine, two bathrooms, no noise, the metro is not faraway, downstairs there is the supermarket with affordable prices. The staff is very friendly and nice.

On two occasions we were not able to get back on the shuttle bus from the beach because others were pushing in. We ended up just walking to the tram stop and connecting with the metro. A system needs to be developed so that the "pushy" guests do not benefit from their actions.

The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable. They have a wide range of food for breakfast. Rooms were always clean and tidy.

Very small hotel buses to the beach. There are not enough places for everyone, especially when traveling back to the hotel from the beach.

The hotel is located around 12 minutes by foot from the Dubai Internet City Metro Station. Nearby are a good selection of cafes, restaurants, food shops and African + Eastern alcoholic shop. The staff is very friendly and qualified. The room and shower are big, comfortable and clear with excellent working air conditioning system. Powerful refrigerator and drinking water in the room. The swimming pool is not big but it is clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good and varied. Good transfer by the hotel busses to the shopping malls.

The twin beds weren't as big as we expected..

The breakfast and dinner were very good with lots of variety, my kids enjoyed every bit of the dishes..
