Everything was perfect, very clean, food very good, the customer service is amazing, high level. Everyone at the reception, restaurant was very friendly, helpful and polite. And not to forget the boys who were cleaning our room, they have done a great job, spotless. Well done to you all. We look forward to seeing you again. I will recommend this hotel to all of my friends and family. Big thank you.

I have accidentally broke a small souvenir on the bookshelf in the lobby. The price tag indicated AED 29 (ca. EUR 7). Although no one noticed, I have honestly told the receptionist. She made me pay AED 250 (ca. EUR 70) saying that the hotel is not a reseller, so that's the price. I believe a 5 star hotel can afford an EUR 7 value loss, especially after paying EUR 1.900 for two Platinum Suites for 4 nights. Such small accidents happen. Naturally, I was even ready to pay its price, but 8x amount is more than outrage. Poisoned the whole first day.

Amazing view of Burj Khalifa even from the bed (suite) - see pictures. Design hotel. Excellent breakfast. Far from metro, but taxi is relatively cheap. Spa is luxurious.

the beds were too soft and caused a bit of a back pain

we loved everything about the hotel- the katsuya restaurant, the pool, the rooms, the view, the staff. truly the first hotel that exceeded my expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyde Hotel. The breakfast was tasty and included everything that we needed. On pur last morning they offered it to be delivered since we needed to check-out early in the morning. We got wish what we wanted and it was delivered right on time. The room was clean and quite big and had all the ameneties that we needed.

I absolutely hated that one of hotel guys standing at the entrance of the hotel was constantly trying to scam us every single day into taking more expensive taxis, he was telling the taxi drivers what price to tell us and trying to undermine us when we spoke directly with the taxi drivers. It was incredible inside the hotel, but once we got outside the hotel staff himself was behaving extremely annoying and disrespectful.

Staff was very polite and friendly, they also upgraded us to a bigger room (we were 3 people), comfortable beds, nice interior design and INCREDIBLE bathroom, room had a little balcony. Also very nice breakfast and nice pool. There are also restaraunts with 20% discount for hotel guests.

The room felt a little damp, possibly due to its proximity to the canal, and there were occasional issues with mosquitoes

The location was convenient, offering easy walks along the canal, to Dubai Mall, and the Financial Center. Pedestrian infrastructure around the hotel was well-developed. The room was comfortable, featuring a nice balcony, a good bathroom, and all necessary amenities. The hotel's interior decoration was very appealing. Room cleaning and room service were exceptional, with everything needed being promptly provided, and the cleaning being both fast and of high quality.

They went above and over . Brilliant staff and beautiful hotel. Gym is well equipt and open 24hrs which is great if you like to work out out before breakfast I also brought my parents to visit as it was my father’s bday, and they spoilt him! Was lovely suprise for him!

Only complaint was, it was very difficult to use the thermostats in the room. We found that the room got warm quickly.
