Check out too early as i have course end at 15:00 and i was not allowed to have the check out after 15:00 which I had to take my family to mall nearby and came back to attend the course.

Small lobby Location close to business bay, but the marasi drive is a tricky location.Taxi needs to go around for every trip which makes them take longer time to reach destination.

Rooms are spacious and modern with a balcony. Helpful staffs and clean hotel. Good breakfast area.

Loved everything!

Absolutely amazing! Love the fact that room service provided payment when food was delivered to avoid losing track of the bill. No hidden costs. Room service and reception were very helpful and friendly. Allowed us early check in and late check out. Was an amazing stay. We promised each other that we’d definitely be back. Amazing services available and super clean and convenient. A nice break from the busy city but 5mins away from the city. Very convenient. Thank you Hyde Hotel!!

One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the exceptional staff. They are incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring, making our stay truly memorable. The room itself was not only super comfy but also impeccably clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was another highlight, being perfectly situated very close to Burj Khalifa, allowing us easy access to this iconic landmark and other attractions in the area. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for the outstanding hospitality provided by the staff.

Everything was perfect, very clean, food very good, the customer service is amazing, high level. Everyone at the reception, restaurant was very friendly, helpful and polite. I have accidentally broke a small souvenir on the bookshelf in the lobby. The price tag indicated AED 29 (ca. EUR 7). Although no one noticed, I have honestly told the receptionist. She made me pay AED 250 (ca. EUR 70) saying that the hotel is not a reseller, so that's the price. I believe a 5 star hotel can afford an EUR 7 value loss, especially after paying EUR 1.900 for two Platinum Suites for 4 nights. Such small accidents happen. Naturally, I was even ready to pay its price, but 8x amount is more than outrage. Poisoned the whole first day.

Amazing view of Burj Khalifa even from the bed (suite) - see pictures. Design hotel. Excellent breakfast. Far from metro, but taxi is relatively cheap. Spa is luxurious.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hyde Hotel. The breakfast was tasty and included everything that we needed. On pur last morning they offered it to be delivered since we needed to check-out early in the morning. We got wish what we wanted and it was delivered right on time. The room was clean and quite big and had all the ameneties that we needed.
