Excellent hotel! Everything was wonderful. Comfortable, beautiful, the pool is gorgeous! The breakfasts are quite good; the food in the restaurants is quite tasty and varied.

Location is a bit of hassle due to it’s location at the end of the palm, but if you are planning to relax and not to move around a lot then the hotel is unbeatable

Loved the buffet breakfast it was the only facility we experienced especially that it was until 11AM helped recover from the last night. Love to recommend Kartika (I hope we spelt it right) gave us amazing service upon checkin in gave us an over view of the property and a pleasant surprise of an upgrade as I celebrated my 45th birthday at the Taj— the cake at turned down service too!

The sand on the beach was not soft like some of the other resorts in the area

Everything at Taj was perfect for our vacation, the spa center was amazing and the resort has a very nice kids club. We enjoyed our time at the beach and the pool was very clean. Staff are friendly and very welcoming we enjoyed our stay.

This property is absolutely stunning, meticulously maintained, and exceptionally clean.

Nothing. But do take into consideration that it takes about an hour to get to Dubai downtown from the hotel with normal traffic. On the other hand, you have everything at the resort so you don't have to go out a lot.

For a family trip (travelling with 2 toddlers), the resort was great. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options! Facilities, including pool, beach area and kids club were perfect for the children. Staff were exceptional on daily basis and helped us with small ones, even when we had only 2 diapers left or needed warm milk at 02:00. In addition, we had a small incident on the night before our departure, we forgot a full shopping bag in a taxi, after informing head of security, within a couple of hours the bag was found and delivered to the reception.

The beach was too small area to swim. The room for 5 people was quite small.

It was not crowded. Playroom for kids and hairdresser, we liked. Massage service was great as well. More light needed for the dinner area. We thought that we are in India ;-)

The standard rooms become too small when used by families with children and one can hardly squeeze around when the sofa bed is open.
