The pillow wasn't too comfortable

What sets it apart St. Regis from any other hotel is the staff. They are well-trained to show passion and are determined to impress residents with their professionalism. For example, when they offered me a welcome drink during check-in, I inquired about its caffeine content. They informed me it was caffeine-free and even remembered my preference the next day during breakfast, offering me decaffeinated coffee without me having to ask. The receptionist had noted my preference during check-in, and the breakfast staff ensured to accommodate it. Additionally, when the breakfast receptionist showed me to my table in the beautiful and spacious breakfast room, I mentioned it was my preferred spot. The next day, the breakfast receptionist had my 'perfect table' reserved for me. During check-out, they even waived the breakfast charges. Furthermore, they offer a WhatsApp butler service for easy communication. These instances are just a few examples of the exceptional service provided by the staff at St. Regis. Unfortunately, I didn't write down all the staff names who impressed me to include them in the compliments. Additionally, I'll certainly consider returning during business trips and colder months, as the lack of a beach may not suit my preferences for leisure travel.

The first room we were in had a awful smell. But the Hotel managed to upgrade us to a better room which was very clean and comfortable.

The beds were amazing - so very comfortable ! Beautiful bath and lovely views from the room. We Loved the KYMA beach club too . Breakfast was excellent quality and choice of food was amazing. Location is good - a mall and lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance .

The hotel entrance is very crowded, i took 5 to 10 minutes only to reach the hotel door when i arrived at noon.

Wonderful brand new hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. liked the cleanliness and the comfortable, spacious room with its beautiful view over the gulf sea and the palm island. Excellent room amenities. the bed was very comfy that you don't want to wake up, and i even got up late that day. A very positive thing that the room TV is smart, so you can play Youtube or Netflix. Excellent room service, taking care of every detail.

swimming pool closes when the sun sets which seemed too early. lobby area is pretty busy.

entire property is very clean and has elegant touches. feels good to be there! seaview rooms have good view. the room is extremely comfortable and has soothing decor. luxurious bathroom with exclusive amenities! enough storage. has espresso machine and minibar has good variety of beverages. they have day and night house keeping which is very convenient. gym has enough equipments and has separate lockers and changing room for men and women. sauna is also available in the changing area. swimming pool area is nice.

This hotel is one of the nicest properties i have stayed in around the world. From the second you walk through the doors, you are taken care of. The great restaurants within the property (Sushi Samba, Signor Sassi), were on my list for Dubai so having them upstairs was an added bonus. The property is also attached to Nakheel Mall, so its the perfect Dubai stay.

We stayed already a lot of times in Dubai. This time was just a stop over for some days requested. Good managed hotel, very kindly staffs, good pool and new rooms. Direct located by the mall with beautiful food court. Therefore a highly recommendation.

The blinds in the bathroom are tad sensitive & they slide up & down by themselves.
