Although the street outside is not busy you can still hear some traffic - the windows are old school, so the noise insulation is not the best. The ventilation was also making some weird sound. It was not that bad, so I'm sure it will not bother an ordinary client. There was no wardrobe too, however there were a few hangers

The location, self check in and checkout process was definitely the best. The place is basically on the edge of the old town, as well as very close to the train station. The staff was also on support.

Beautiful relatively new apartment. Spacious, very well appointed. Perfect small kitchen with good appliances. Spacious bath with a great shower. My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay. Great location!

Our room had a view of the building next door. So we couldn’t see the street or city. Next time I will inquire about a room with a street view. It would make for a much brighter apartment

Great location in the heart of Old Quebec. You are within walking distance of all the major sites and restaurants. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The rooms are modern and has everything you need including a kitchen. I highly recommend staying here.

My only critique is that the remote for the heat pump seemed to be not functional and I had to take the batteries out multiple times. I could've texted the staff but didn't feel like it was a big deal. Also, the website did not have anywhere to type in credit card info for tipping the house keeping but it could've been a glitch on my phone. Overall this was an amazing hotel.

There is no closet space to put clothes and very little room to place a suitcase. For a one night stay that’s no issue but might affect people staying for longer.

Great location in Old Quebec. Modern decor in an historic building, extremely clean, all the amenities required for a longer stay (fridge, stove, coffe machine, dishwasher, etc). Good communications from the management. Price was awesome for what this place offered. Parking is limited on the premises, but a huge covered public and secure parking lot (D'Youville) is at about a 3 minute walk, and costed me only $20 for the period of Friday at 1600h to Saturday at 1030h. Le 31 McMahon will be my first choice for accommodations whenever I go back to Québec City!

FYI: - There is no elevator so if you need accessibility, make sure to request a room on the first floor. - BYO toiletries. The hotel only provides shower soap. - There are limited surface parking spots (2 or 3) adjacent to the hotel. For a lesser price, we parked in one of the public garages in the city center.

The hotel is very clean and modern. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was super convenient to have a fully stocked kitchen. While there is no staff on site, they do a great job in communication and are available at any time. And above all, the location is amazing! Located on a quiet corner adjacent to the park, the hotel is steps away from Rue Saint Jean and many great stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend it and we'll definitely look to stay here when we return to Quebec!

Could do with a mat inside the door for wet shoes. No wardrobe storage for clothes which means your suitcases are lying on the floor taking up space.

The room was bright and fresh. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, walking distance to plenty tourist attractions. Shower was amazing.

We were given a room on the 3rd floor. There’s no elevator and it was a challenge to bring all our 6 luggages up and down. There should be at least something like a dumbwaiter to help us with lifting them to our room. Also, the hot water in the shower isn’t warm enough.

We were given the wrong room code for arrival, I'm not Canadian, so had to call internationally from my phone to get it sorted out. All good once we had the right number. There were a lot of road closures around the hotel, it would have been nice to know about those before we arrived, as we had to take several diversions.

Really beautiful apartment, centrally located. Didn't hear or see anyone else within the building. I would definitely stay again.

More like nice to have rather than dislikes. Secure lockers for luggages would give peace of mind. Some kind of closet would have been a plus especially during autumn and winter where you are bringing a lot of layers.

Location was close to the train station. Bathroom outside the rooms is nice. Access to the room and hotel was quick and easy. Room was clean and the small kitchen was handy and well stocked.
