“This place is in the middle of paradise. The facilities are comfortable - especially considering the location - and clean. Staff is very nice and food is also amazing - fish is caught every morning and cooked at night. The hotel only has a few rooms and you’ll have this paradise all for yourself. They also offer some tours and help finding the right means of transportation to get to the island.”
“Delicious food! Even though I don‘t eat sea food I really enjoyed it. Probably the best fish I ever had or just delicious coconut rice, delicious salad and potatoes. Also loved the simple pasta that was offered as an alternative.
I think people should give the hostess more grace. A lot of the rudeness that people attest her probably comes from misunderstandings, as she is not really fluent in English, which you can‘t expect in a foreign country. On top of that people don‘t seem to understand, that everything has to be brought to the island: water, food and so on.”
“We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Lova. It was clean and with love to detail. Therefore it's an Eco Hostel, they get their electricity from solar and take care of sustainability as much as possible. The food was very tasty and in comparison to other islands cheap - 30-35 peso for the menu. In addition there is drinking water and coffee/tee for free all day. We did a snorkeling tour and went to see the plancton which was totaly amazing!”
