While a little old, it is in excellent condition, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Excellent public baths. The japanese-style room with ocean view and private bath was magical. I sat in the bath watching snowflakes fall, with the sound of waves crashing. Service was excellent. Breakfast buffet was worth it. Extensive selection.

Amazing experience in the onsen, both indoor and outdoor. Excellent customer service and we had a great time staying. Onsen was generally quiet and had the wholething to myself. Would return and recommend.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. It exceeded my expectations. The staff were super nice and friendly and the room was huge with both futon and beds available. My son especially loved having the personal hot spring in the room as well.

I stayed in the deluxe twin bedroom (Western style) with outdoor onsen bath. The room was clean and spacious. The outdoor onsen bath was excellent and relaxing. I had a buffet breakfast at the hotel. The food was really good. Had I known the food here was delicious, I would have chosen the half board plan.
