They also booked a sake tour for me and took me to that location. The reception girl spoke excellent English. Overall a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Luxurious ryokan Fuji Onsenji Yumedono is located just 500 metres from Lake Kawaguchiko. The staff and facilities were amazing, the room was incredible!

Located in Oshino and only 10 km from Fuji-Q Highland, 八海 木花館 provides accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Booked this place for our 10 year anniversary. The reviews couldn't have been more fitting. One of the best places we stayed on our trip to Japan. If you don't mind spending a bit of time to get here you will not be disappointed. Fantastic food, amazing accommodation, and the friendliest staff you could imagine. Not all the staff spoke English, but you could easily communicate with Google translate. There are bicycles available to use free of charge, and you can ride around to a nearby lake to get a fantastic view of Mt Fuji. Thank you to the team for making our 10 year anniversary one to never forget. A special way to end our trip to Japan.

The host was incredibly sweet and accommodating, with lots of knowledge of the local area, including the best spots to take photos of Fuji. He gave us complimentary tea/coffee and snacks in our room, and kindly offered to drive us to the station after we checked out. Traditional atmospheric ryokan (room had a cozy kotatsu).

The staff were all very helpful and friendly, they went above and beyond our expectations and did all they could to make our stay as convenient as possible. The view of Fuji were amazing from our room. The location is also within walking distance of several restaurants and very close to the bus stop.

Overlooking picturesque Kawaguchi Lake in the serene Mount Fuji area, Rakuyu boasts comfortable guest rooms and natural hot spring baths. Free Wi-Fi is provided in the public area. The lady staff that was talking and supporting us in English was super kind as supportive. Quite good employee.
