Great location for exploring the Richmond Hill, Markham, North York areas & surrounds, easy to get around. Walk-out basement apartment in a great neighbourhood with a lovely wood-lined back yard. Unit was comfortable and well-lit with pot lights throughout. Cozy bedrooms and an all-in-one kitchen/TV room/dinner table provided the necessary amenities. Walking distance from grocery store and public transit. No-key door code access was very convenient! Property owner was very responsive and checked in over messenger during our stay.
