Our room was spacious, clean and it was well-equipped. We had a great time at the pool, and the staff was quite friendly. Although the hotel isn’t located directly downtown, it’s fairly close by (about 1,5km away). I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Burlington for the first time!

We stayed on Saturday May 11th overnight and just for a double queen, it was $478. When I booked it online it was 329, not sure what happened. After asking locals they said it's Burlington. It just seems a lot for one night. No males were included.

Best Western Plus Windjammer Inn & Conference Center, hotel in Burlington

This Burlington hotel features classically furnished rooms with free WiFi and a cable TV. It offers a free shuttle service to Burlington International Airport, just 1.5 mi away.

The location was close to the airport - a 30 minute walk or 8 minute drive. There is an airport shuttle. There are several restaurants nearby. Everything was spotless. The fitness center was an actual fitness center and not just one or two machines like many hotels have.

Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud teenagers in the hallway running around all night. No towels At the pool. When we went back to the pool in the morning our key card wouldn’t open it. Then once we got in the loud group of teenagers were causing chaos in the pool room so I had to take my 7 year old out

Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's.

Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's. The food was good and service satisfactory. The mall had several known stores. Dorset Street was very noisy with cars and motorcycles during the night. The only redeeming quality of the Anchorage Inn was its proximity to the airport. Would never consider staying there again and am seeking a refund.

Beautiful new hotel rooms were very clean I had a king bed room I was a little sad it didn't have a microwave only a tiny refrigerator. Bought the bed was comfy it was close to all the main attractions in Burlington. I would definitely stay there again. We came Christmas weekend and the restaurant was open didn't have the greatest experience at the restaurant they were very short staff. But overall it was great. Our room was very clean the bathroom was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Wait staff was excellent. Hotel staff was excellent. we were in room 203 - recommend a reading lamp of some sort be placed by the two sitting chairs for reading. Otherwise the room and location was great. We had dinner on the patio. Very windy and cold. The roof should have been closed to cut down the wind; and perhaps some tall gas space heaters. Had salmon which was cooked way too much. Otherwise, we loved the resort and will be back next time for a longer stay. John McCann

The location is a bit outside Burlington, but very easy to get to. Close to great hikes and the bay. A gorgeous area! We were in the John Wayne room, and it was adorable. A little kitschy, but I mean, how could it not be? It was just what we wanted/expected! Also, the room was impeccably clean -- the cleanest hotel room I've been in for years. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as well. Overall, I highly recommend this charming hotel. A+.

The breakfast was not very good. For example the sausage paddy’s were likely frozen then cooked in a microwave and were soaking in water, not very appetizing. The location in respect to being close to stores and restaurants was fine but entering and exiting the property was actually difficult/dangerous as you were on a very busy road. Also the hotel could use a lighted sign near the entrance to the property.

Very clean! Plenty of space in a 2 room king suite to have children in bed while adults could relax and converse in the sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was friendly and made the stay very pleasant. Good location, convenient to the highway but out of the traffic of downtown Burlington. Grocery store nearby to get food items, if needed. Overall, a great place to stay.

Location was ideal for me as hotel is close to both train station and bus station. The quick access to the Island Line trail for a nice walk or run by the lake was great, too. Juniper restaurant on the hotel premises was a relaxing place to have breakfast. I hope I can go back one day and enjoy the free bicycle rental provided by the hotel.

The location was good. Easy access to downtown Burlington and Lake Champlain. Laundry facilities were onsite. The pool was nice. There are many restaurants within a 5 mile radius. The staff was friendly and helpful, it took them very little time to address the problem we had with a AC unit and a refrigerator that didn't work.

We truly enjoyed the hotel's location given we were in Burlington to explore the city on foot. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and it's an easy downhill walk to the lakefront. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complementary valet parking.
