The room was big enough, the breakfast is not included but you can pay 20CAD at frontdesk and its pretty good. The property is located close to the Dundas SQ and the Nathan Phillips SQ so you can go pretty much anywere by walking.

Sunset View Studio by Eaton Centre has a patio and is set in Toronto, within just 600 metres of Ryerson University and 600 metres of Yonge-Dundas Square. This was my first solo trip ever, and this location was the most perfect place! The pictures perfectly matched the reality of a spotless unit, with a view so amazing it looked like a city skyline Internet photo! The one minute video walking me through the self-check in was helpful, and genius! I plan to stay here again on my next trip this summer!
