Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam - City Hall is in a prime location in the Amsterdam City Centre. This hotel features a bar. Dutch National Opera & Ballet is 700 metres away and Basilica of St. Hotel is located in central Amsterdam pretty close to Amsterdam central (about 20 mins walk with my huge 27-kg suitcases). Supermarket is about 5 mins walk from hotel - I think it's obvious that we walked everywhere while in Amsterdam. Room was very spacious and enough for two men with big suitcases. Bathroom is clean, shower is big and can accommodate 2 people. Oh, yes, I really liked Dove products in the bathroom. Personally I prefer to have breakfast in hotel - it saves you time in the morning and you are full of energy to explore the city. Breakfast here was great Staff at the reception is nice and helpful
