This 5-star hotel, in the heart of Amsterdam, is set on the edge of the famous Dam Square and opposite the Royal Palace. it was clean and the room service was so kind and helpful , and one of the stuff in the reception here name is beatrice she was so kind and she helped us to much .

Rosalia's Menagerie Cocktail bar & InnUpstairs is located in a renovated 17th century canal house. There is free Wi-Fi and each room has a free non-alcoholic drink and snack bar. It was what I expected. Walking distance from the Central train station and short walk to major attractions so no need to use trams. Lovely small place and great people. Something different than staing in the big hotels. Well worth trying this hotel.

I loved this little hotel right in the heart of old Amsterdam. The staff was great and so friendly. Even though it can be noisy in the Red Light District, my room was very quiet. Would absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Amsterdam. Perfect location to walk to all the major sights, easy walk from the Central Train station.

Amazingly friendly staff, clean & fresh room. Big bed, big bathroom. Definitely recommend the king deluxe room. I have stayed and also worked in many hotels but this is one of the better ones I have seen. The staff is very helpful. We had some dripping water in the bathroom and it was fixed in a second. Absolutely amazing!!
