New, very clean, cozy small place with amazing view to the city and the port. There is a parking place for an additional cost but the road to the house is quite steep (but you need to get used to the roads on Madeira, all of them are steep ). We enjoyed our stay a lot. You can go down to the city center for 10 -15 min by foot.

The view is the best part!! However the rest of the house is exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable for a party of 6 max. The apartment is on the last 3rd floor so keep that in mind. It wasn’t an issue for us but it may be for some.

Excellent location right in the middle of Funchal old town. Believe me, nothing is better than this. Rooms are clean with a high ceilings, lots of space and private car parking included. We were very happy.

Highlights of my stay: Beautiful Pool: The apartment features a gorgeous pool area that was always clean and inviting. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the island. Spacious and Modern Apartment: The apartment itself was spacious, modern, and very well-maintained. The decor was tasteful, and it had all the amenities one could need, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely balcony with breathtaking views. Excellent Location: The location was fantastic – in 10 minutes to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet still in a peaceful and quiet area. It made getting around Madeira very easy and convenient. Friendly and Helpful Host: The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for local dining and activities. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Cleanliness and Comfort: The apartment was spotless, and the attention to detail was evident. The linens were fresh, the bathrooms were pristine, and everything was arranged perfectly for a comfortable stay. Overall, our experience were exceptional, and we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to visit Madeira. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return!
