The property is around 27 km from Queensbay Mall, 29 km from 1st Avenue Penang and 30 km from Penang Times Square. Certain units at the property feature a terrace with a city view. This was one of the best stay in Penang! We booked the queen room and the room was spotless clean. The bathroom was very clean too. I am a person who is very particular of the bathroom cleanliness and this place matched my expectations. Thank you for highlighting on Booking.com that you have a bidet in your toilets. Not sure of others, but I choose my place to stay based on tbe availability of bidet and level of cleanliness. The room also had a great window with a sitting space that we could just sit, read and relax. It was very easy liasing for the place with great customer service. The servicing agent/ owner was very friendly. They have a very kind and friendly helper too! Loved my stay so much and thank you for the wonderful accomodation. Please maintain this service and cleanliness.

We booked a sea-view room, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a higher floor — the view was absolutely stunning! Especially the bathtub facing the ocean — it was breathtaking! We mentioned to the front desk that we were here to celebrate a birthday, and that night, we received a surprise of two cakes from the hotel — such a thoughtful gesture! The room design was beautiful and elegant, with a long, spacious bathroom featuring two sinks, a bathtub, a rain shower, and a toilet. The front desk service was exceptionally attentive, always greeting us with warm smiles. The concierge team was also very helpful — they noticed our luggage, were always ready to assist, and even asked if we needed help bringing it down to the car park when we were leaving. The security staff were wonderful too. Overall, it was a truly gorgeous sea-view stay, and we will definitely be back next time!

Air-conditioned suites are have a private pool overlooking panoramic views from the balcony. The seating area is fitted with a flat-screen TV and a safe. The en suite bathroom comes with either a bathtub or shower facilities, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Probably the only place we stayed at in Malaysia that felt like a real hotel. The staff had immaculate manners and even prepared our early breakfast to take away at 5:30am due to our early flight. I didn't try their restaurants but I strongly recommend taking a little walk outside (if you can brave the traffic whizzing by you on narrow roads) and trying the local cuisine there. It was probably the best food we had on our trip to Malaysia! There is also an excellent Chinese place behind the restaurant - try the crab or the shrimp there and you'll be blown away.
