Nice riom with fireplace and kitchen, view, and great location with several trails (including Discovery trail) to the beach. Swimming pool and hot tub were fantastic, the bikes we rented at the resort were in great condition, and we got duralog each night for the fireplace. We had everything we needed.

The Chautauqua Resort is on the Discovery Trail and the beach is in walking distance. The unit I requested was on the lower level so walking my dog was easier.

This has to be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in, and that includes the expensive 4 star ones. Everything is in good working order and immaculate. Resort areas are notorious for slacking off in cleanliness because they know they have the audience regardless. This hotel cares.

We loved the view and location. There is a great trail to the beach from the resort, partially paved and well marked. We have a dog, so it was awesome they allow pets. We used the pool and hot tub and had a good continental breakfast.

Recent renovation of entire property is awesome. Rooms are fresh and modern. Location is perfect, an easy walk to the beach and to all attractions and restaurants in the center of town. Rates are reasonable for a resort property.

We did not have brkfast at the resort because of the distance between our room and the conf center.
