Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

SwitzerlandThe room on the first night was facing the main station and the noise of the tram and the traffic can be heard until quite late. Light sleepers should request a room on the quieter side of the hotel. I asked for the room to be changed after the first night and the staffs were kind to arrange that.
The location is great for accessing various modes of transport: the main station is just across the street that means also the metro, taxi stop around the corner, the airport shuttle bus stops in front of the hotel, and the Flixbus hub is in walking distance (10-15 minutes). If you don't want to walk, then take the train from the main station to the next stop, or the tram. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Stayed in a single room. The room has a simple set up: smaller single mattress (80cm wide?), a small TV (only local channels available), a writing desk & chair, and a small safe installed in the closet. All in all, it is a nice hotel with good value for money.

LithuaniaThe hotel is in front of the train station and there is no air conditioning so you have to sleep with windows open so it's very loud.

GermanyThe bathroom was tiny; the toilet area was so small, we couldn’t spread our legs at all. The shower area was cramped and there was no place to keep our soap, shampoo, etc. We couldn’t lock the bathroom door and there was no ventilation (exhaust fan) in the bathroom so it would be smelly.
Very comfortable rooms with friendly staff. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet. 3 of us with 6 suitcases managed pretty well in the room. It was great to have a spacious sink area (which is also the entryway), a cupboard, bedside tables, individual bed lamps, an office desk and controllable heaters. We had nice, big windows that allowed for light and ventilation easily. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide spread of items.

TaiwanThe location is nearby the red light district, so it will be unsafe when you walk around at night, esp female traveller. It is quite noisy at night whether from the sound at the corridor or from the street below. There is no fridge at the room. And the room is quite packed especially for this triple room. This room is suitable if you plan to stay for 1-2 nights.
It is located in front of Munich Hbf. It is very convienent, especially if you want to continue your journey to the airport bcs the hotel is located in front of the Lufthansa Express Airport bus stop. You can just buy the ticket which cheaper than taking the S-Bahn. The price is worth the facitilies.

DenmarkHotel was basic, as expected and the surrounding area is not great, but is where we needed to be for the train station.
Just stayed overnight from a late night flight taking an early train the next day so in the hotel only to sleep. Staff very friendly, rooms were clean but old and across the road from the train station, if you use the closest exit.

GeorgiaITs very basic , It says that it is 3 star hotel but I’d argue. There was no kettle in the room so I had to ask For it ,after that they kindly providided . Hair dyer was broken. While booking I asked for a free cot and it should have been big double bed and a single bed in a triple room, when I arrived it appeared they forgot to put a cot and a lady in reception was insisting that I asked for a additional bed while it was clearly written cot/crib. Overall she was helpful and provided it by 11 pm :) instead of double bed there were 2 single beds put together and when I asked for a double she said the hotel was fully booked . Overall it was ok but the money I paid is too much for it.
It has an excellent location, very close to center, if you are planning to visit other cities, central station is just in front. It has access to all public transportation so if you are traveling with kids it’s very comfortable. The room was cleaned daily , towels were changed daily and overall hotel was very clean.
