If I had one minor complaint it is that they are starting to look a bit tired.

Safe location (in a courtyard). Ease of access to central Paris. Tidy, plenty of space and a large bathroom.

There was an issue with the drainage in the shower as the water took a very long time to go down. We mentioned it to the host but the issue was not fixed during our stay. That meant very quick showers (less than 3 minutes).

The location in the 4th arr was perfect, as the property was close to all the main attractions that we wanted to see. The host met with us when we arrived and explained the use of the basic appliances, such as the heating facilities. The kitchen was well stocked with basic utensils and appliances and there were enough fresh towels and linens if needed. It felt like a home away from home.

The floor in front of the couch was very slippery - be careful. The shower had quite a bit of mould through it and to the manager’s credit, got the cleaner to come in and deep clean it for us.

Situated in a very quiet street with a keypad entry, we felt very safe in the ground floor apartment. Multiple restaurants, bars, supermarkets and bakeries just around the corner. An easy walk to the river and underground to go exploring. Very useable kitchen with all the necessary items. Overall a nice place to stay and explore Paris.

The apartment is in a wonderful location in the Marais district. There are many boulangeries, speciality food stores, shops, small supermarkets, cafes and restaurants a few minutes' walk away, with many Paris highlights in easy walking distance, including Notre Dame, and very easy access to the metro and buses. The apartment is safe, secure and quiet, facing an internal courtyard on the ground floor. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable and the shower was good. Not huge but very comfortable for Paris.

Very good location. Close to most landmarks in Paris, walking distance. (10 minutes Notre-Dame) 20 minutes Louvre. Confortable and quite apartment with many facilities. The best, our host: Romain, always available for any need.

the apartment is in a inside cortile where only people from the building can access…. but the apartment is protected only by glass so easily breakable… I wouldn’t leave important stuff unattended… I didn’t love this but I always felt safe and would definitely go back.

What's not to like?

The location is perfect. We used Bolt to get around and so economical and reliable. There were three of us and Bella was ideal. Take the time to explore the surrounds. A little supermarket close by and lots of lovely little cafes. Loved it! A couple of small queries with appliances were quickly and easily resolved by management. We would stay at Bella again

this is an independent apartment- in a private buidlng- no receptionist, assistance or conceirge unaware a code was needed to enter we waited 10 minutes outside for the owner. owner not on premises. street often closed in the AM due to repairs- very challenging to get an UBER or taxi due to unannounced closure. needs dishtowels and washcloths - kitchen minimally maintained. bathroom light out above sink and mold on decorative tile in shower- needs good scrubbing.

note that city tax is payable (€8) per day is payable upon arrival and we were also charged €30 for late checkin after 8pm (we arrived 8.15pm !!) also, they take a €500 deposit upon checkin. so be prepared to be skinned alive upon arrival ! check in staff member was also not entirely friendly as he seemed put out we arrived slightly later then expected even though he charged us €30 extra !! ps: the hot water is limited - probably 2 showers before the hot water tank empties and you need to wait a couple of hours for the water to heat up again but manageable.
