We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCheck-in process at desk took longer though I was given a room two hours earlier than regular checkin time which was a plus. Apparently you can check-in on line which I did not know.
Room size excellent. Sound-proofing excellent. Bed size and comfort excellent. Wifi excellent. Location is excellent - just 5 minute walk from the free shuttle tram between terminals. Checked out online which was fast and very easy.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean and equipped with charging points for my phone and laptop. Breakfast was very good, with cereal, fruits, and a selection of cooked items. The hotel is well located, only 300m from the CDGVAL shuttle station.

Very clean and bright room with option to have an adjoining room to accommodate our family of four. This provided us with access to real beds for all four of us and two full bathrooms, which was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was also delicious!
