The list was very small but it was hardly an issue

Very clean, comfortable and convenient - at least for us as we needed to visit various places along the coast and the hotel was close to the station. Welcoming staff who dealt with a problem we had with air conditioner very promptly, moving us to a larger and blissfully cooler room. Our first room had a balcony which we enjoyed and excellent soundproofing - once the French windows were closed the room was incredibly quiet. A really excellent breakfast too. All in all, top marks!

Fabulous location, close to train and tram stops. Room was immaculate and so comfortable. Staff were amazing - Aziz in particular made us feel welcome and valued guests. Breakfast was also fantastic.

Would be nice to have a fridge in the room

This hotel is exceptional. I stayed in room 503 which was very nice. It had a balcony which I didn't expect. The bed was very comfy with amazing huge pillows. The shower was lovely and warm. Breakfast was mainly continental but bacon and scrambled egg was included. Free tea, coffee and bottled water was available which was very welcome. All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Thankyou v much Hotel 64

Superb location, immaculately clean and well prepared room which had an amazing double balcony view down the streets - a lovely place for breakfast. Would stay again in a heartbeat, exceptional value for money. All bed linen and covers spotless and very comfy! Bathroom and shower brilliant.

The room is compact but it has been well planned and is comfortable and has everything you need

I have marked the location as good as we wanted to be near the station and it is very convenient for that and we only had one full day in Nice . It was a walk to the old town of Nice. The staff were very good and helpful , there is free water and coffee available in the dining area.

The room was very comfortable and surprisingly given the hotel's location on a very busy shopping street quiet with the doors to the balcony closed. The balcony was a surprisingly good asset and I enjoyed sitting out on it early morning and during the evening.

I was missing a reading lamp. There was lightning behind the bed but was not sufficient for reading a book. this is only a suggestion nothing negative and it did not affect my stay.

Very friendly and helpful personnel, comfortable room, tiny but had everything that was needed. Great with the before 12 check out. Close to the sea, great restaurants in walking distance.

I loved the location with our little balcony overlooking the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious. And the breakfast was phenomenal with an on duty chef who catered to everyone's needs.

Excellent locations. Very close from Nice-Ville train station and less then 10 min. by walk. Receptions are very helpful and kind (Expecially Reception Maria and lady who work in breakfast room as I know Chef) . Hotel was very generous (for water anytime)This hotel we want a give rate more than 5 stars REALLY!!!

We went to the opening of the Nice Carnival, the location was great to enjoy the party. The hotel was simple, but great and good value for money. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variety. It was close to the train station, practically across the street, very convenient.

A mini fridge in room would be great and the pillows need to be updated as they are not standard pillow sizes and are not comfortable.

Great little hotel close to station. Complimentary tea and coffee station was great. Wished I’d known about the microwave being available in the evening though.

I honestly can't say there was anything we disliked about Hotel 64!

The hotel is in perfect location 👌 2 minutes away from train station 🚉 walking distance from Old Town 👌 15 mins walk to Promenade and beach! Which is beautiful. In the middle of the shopping area and restaurants. We had breakfast in the hotel the last day and the offering was really good! There was hot and cold food on offer, good value for money .The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The staff were very friendly and helpful 🙂.

A/C doesn't work in the winter which is understandable and the windows can be opened for cold air but than the mosquitoes come in.
