I would prefer to have liquid dish soap rather than the pods for the dishwasher, however it is not a big deal. Also the room is TINY. Have this in mind and be prepared for it. Nothing we can do about this, it is paris after all

I have been to this hotel multiple times. Staff is friendly, the location is perfect, in the middle of everything, and most importantly you have access to the RER E next door. There is a supermarket less than 50 meters away, I am very familiar with the neighborhood and feel at home in this hotel. The kitchen is tiny, do not expect to cook a full meal, but it works for basic needs. The bathroom has a tub and there is lots of natural lighting

The only "bad" thing about the room was that the shower pressure was not that great but you get used to it after a day.

Location wise this was a very nice place to stay! Close to the metro station within 10 minutes you were at all the major touristic highlights. The room was not too big and as expected. The room was clean and staff was friendly.

Did not know apt had stairs, no problem for us but would have been for a person with mobility issues. The apt did not match the photos which is not uncommon.

Stairs to go upstairs to bedroom and bathroom were difficult for us in our late 70s as they were narrow and the railing did not fully cover the stairwell which was not comfortable.

The apartment could use a renovation but we didn’t mind that much. What we didn’t like was that it didn’t feel that the property was very clean as the toilets had a continuous bad smell.

The room AC wasn’t very effective, barely went down 3 degrees in 4 days. The dishwasher was broken.

cleanliness of the room, the person that cleaned the room was really smelly, there was a leak in our room when it rained, pretty bad, and the couple´s bedroom is two beds put together that separate during the night, and the other one was a couch that converted in bed. also there was a lot of noise coming from outside, downstairs at the street level, or loading/unloading of stuff for the shops nearby, that was very annoying happening at 4am in the morning.

We had a problem with the plumbing in our room the first night and were promptly moved. The second room also had a minor problem but by this time it was just too much a hassle to move again. We were awarded a one night credit for the inconvenience. I would stay here again. Hotel was clean, beds comfortable.

The location is optimal. The hotel faces a side street where there are some type of warehouses for neighboring Pritemps or Galeries Lafayette. There is noise from deliveries in the early morning. There are also homeless people living within close distance because a neighboring church provides hot meals at night. We received no annoyance from them.

a better front room male receptionist, not the one with the bald head, but the male one who speaks several languages including Spanish and Portugese.

On the one hand the room was excellent and the hotel kindly offered to keep one of our bags. Everything was good except receptionist at desk who decided we were not to be given a one room apartment ( as we had ordered) and instead gave us a different "studio" room because others who arrived after us, who had no booking for a one bedroom apartment, had an additional person . Clients should get what they paid for.

The room was too small with a double bed and a small kitchen with a table and 2 chairs. Luggage stored on the floor. Book a larger room next time.

Front desk staff wonderful. Nice facility, breakfast area, outside garden. Hotel at bus stop. Complementary glass wine.
