Our stay at this small hotel in Playa del Carmen was fantastic! The location couldn't be better: right in the vibrant center with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and a short walk to the beach. Despite being central, the hotel was surprisingly quiet – a real bonus! The rooms were comfortable and very clean, and we especially enjoyed the little balcony. A standout was the owner's hospitality. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we needed to keep our rental car for two extra days, he generously allowed us to park it at the hotel for free. This was truly exceptional and made our stay even better.

In a secluded private area of Playa, which is very quiet compared to the rest. You could see lots of greenery from the balcony and also hear the waves of the ocean. One day there were monkeys in the trees in front of the entrance. Mike was an amazing host.

I really enjoyed my stay at Che Suites! The room was very nice, clean, and tidy, with a welcoming touch of music playing when I arrived 🎶. The location was perfect for me—just a short walk to the area with all the restaurants and bars 🍽️🍹, yet far enough to be quiet at night. It’s also very close to the ADO Turística bus station 🚍 and the pier for ferries to Cozumel ⛴️. The rooftop pool is small, so you can’t really swim, but it’s open 24/7 and could be refreshing if needed 🌊. I didn’t end up using it very late, but it’s a nice feature. The service was excellent! Clara was very welcoming and provided helpful information before I arrived, and Miguel at reception was super helpful with everything I needed 🙌. Breakfast was very basic, but I didn’t mind—it’s nice to have the option available. Overall, a great stay, and I would definitely book here again! 😊🏡

Welcoming staff, clean, nice facilities and spacious rooms! The location is spot on! Next to the beach, next to the centre but away from the noise. It was so nice waking up with the sound of the birds. Miguel was great explaining all facilities and great recommendations! We decided to have breakfast in the hotel which was nice and fresh and great value. Magda welcomed us in the morning with the lively breakfast and she was so warm and professional. Thank you for the great stay!

Door had a crack so we could hear neignbors on working hours. Place was calm at bight so it was ok overall.

Clara’s warm welcome made all the difference. We rented 5 hotels for our trip to this region and Clara was by far the most welcoming. Beach is near and you are at walking distance from 5th avenue, where all the nightlife is.

Booking stated breakfast is available but it wasn't, so would recommend to check if it is available if you want it. Luckily there are lots of options around though! Our bathroom didn't have much space to put our toothbrush etc so this could be improved. With the cleaning a little more focus could be put into the smaller details (edges etc). And when you're a light sleeper it's good to bring earplugs as there might be some loud vehicles (scooters) driving by at night.

Comfortable bed and lots of pillows to choose from. Security at the start of the street made it feel like a safe area. Perfect location near 5th Ave and the beach (we went to watch the sunrise a few times which was awesome)! Miguel & Clara made this feel like a home away from home, they gave great recommendations, were available for any questions and spoke English perfectly which made it super easy to communicate.

Everything :) the staff was super nice, especially Clara made us feel welcome immediately. It’s close the the most important things in the city in our opinion which is the beach and Quinta Avenida which is where a lot of shops and restaurants are located.

The air-conditioning in the room needed some fixing. Sometimes in the morning the lounge looked like a library with so many other guests working on their laptops, you were force "to be quiet", when they could do work from their own rooms instead of doing it in common spaces.

The staff Clara & Magda were very friendly, it wouldn't have been the same without them. Very equipped kitchen for you to prepare your snacks and coffees. Only 2 minutes walk to the nearest beach, shops and cafes.

coming back to this nice hotel already 3rd time. Nothing has changed. Clean, quiet, safe, good Wi-Fi and has perfect location ( very close to beach and city center). Clara is great host, takes care and help with everything you need. I will definitely stay here again.

I honestly don't believe anything could of been improved on, there was nothing that stood out that i disliked in the slightest.

The location, size and value for money of this property is great, add the great service and friendliness of the staff to that too!

There weren’t a lot of things I didn’t like, but the one thing that was noticeable, was that the rooftop deck wasn’t very clean and neither was the pool.

Location was fantastic, close enough to the beach and everything you wanted, but far enough away to be quiet allowing a good nights rest. The AC worked well and the bed was extremely comfortable. The cherry on top was the outstanding service from Miguel.

We stayed at this small hotel for one night. We needed to catch the ferry to Cozumel the next day. It was a perfect, extremely affordable place to spend the night. Bonus points for the rooftop pool and convenient breakfast. The boat was also very friendly and accommodating!

The rooftop pool area was still under renovation and a section of fencing was missing. There was a noisy building site next door. Our window looked out on that, which wasn’t pleasant. Ask for a room on the opposite side!

Excellent location near the beach and town centre, yet in a private, guarded estate. Clara was a great host who gave us lots of recommendations. The housekeeper was lovely. Great kitchen and fridges on each floor. Spacious room with large balcony, air conditioning and comfortable big bed.

Great apartments, spacious, clean and with a good AC. The area is quiet at night but still just a short walk away from the main beach and ferry terminal. Clara was very nice and gave a lot of recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
