We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United Kingdomthis is being very particular one day we got a bit unlucky and had poor service for breakfast but i feel this was an exception and not worthy of any real critique the food in woodend - the meat is cooked amazing . i felt some of the sides /accompaniments lacked a touch of flavor ( pork ) . but again that’s being very picky

United KingdomThis hotel has great facilities, staff, great food but it’s very expensive especially for food in an evening, you are there to relax so you don’t leave the hotel, so you have to eat there.
The location is great and feels secluded, staff we’re all excellent. We had a beach side suite which was spacious and straight onto the beach. The best bed I think I’ve ever slept in!

This is the best and most beautiful hotel we have ever been so far.. Everyone in the hotel is extremely caring and nice, food is amazing, every restaurant is unique, the level on detail is perfect! Wonderful experience in every way. The attentiveness of the staff, the authenticity of everyone we met, the excellent food, comfort of the room were all outstanding. But, the most special part of the experience was the subtle Mayan influence that clearly, for those of us who are healers, found quite wonderful. We celebrated our 36 years of marriage in Maroma.
