Everything, lovely clean and spacious. The best beach, it is stunning. Good breakfast selection too. Great food in the restaurants and beach bars. We are already looking at dates to stay again next year. Loved that it’s so chilled out. No forced fun or activities and games etc. staff really helpful too.

Working in the cruise industry I do pay a lot of attention at details and literally everything and I loved everything at this property.Peaceful ambiance, no activities, no all inclusive, no loud music.An older resort with a lot of charm and extremely well maintained.Check the lobby style and amazing sharks fountain.Mexican Piece of Art. Gorgeous beach , great service, awesome food, a wonderful breakfast buffet with plenty of options for everyone including some Mexican delicacies. Lovely spacious outdoors,very clean. Well appointed rooms with nice sea views, great housekeeping team and room amenities including nice shampoo and body gel and Awesome personnel everywhere! from Manuel guard gate welcoming you with a smile,to Ernesto & all reception team and F&B team.You can see anyday, anywhere the manager supervising and chatting with guests.This is a very well run operation. Definitely will comeback.Thank you all at Presidente.

We had a nice time at this hotel! We especially enjoyed the amenities – the pool was great for both adults and kids, and the entertainment for children kept our little ones happily engaged throughout the stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options – everyone found something they liked. The beds were very comfortable, which was much appreciated after long, active days. The staff were friendly and helpful, although communication wasn’t always easy. Still, they did their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

what is missing is activity at the hotel. In the evening there is no activity like music, dancing, etc. This hotel is only suitable for those looking to rest. Those who want a hotel with more activity should take an all-inclusive hotel.

The hotel is amazing. Its location is excellent. There is a bus stop next to the hotel and from there you can go anywhere. The rooms are very clean. The hotel staff is very kind and will do everything to help. The breakfast is very rich. The hotel has two pools and a private beach. For me, the hotel received a score of 10. Worth the price I paid.

The check-in took way too long, and we were given unacceptable rooms on the ground floor (they call it 1st fl), supposedly with sea view, but actually it's an enclosed courtyard facing a wall. Unacceptable, so the rooms were changed, supposedly "upgraded" but actually just giving us what we reserved. The rooms were perfectly fine, comfortable and clean, nothing special. Alcoholic drinks at the beach bar were quite short on alcoholic content, even though this is not an all-inclusive and the drinks are paid for.

The hotel's beach is the best in the area and that makes a big difference. Breakfast was lovely. The pool area could be improved, the pools are shallow and the furniture around sparse and somewhat basic. Service was great all around. The thatched roof sun umbrellas are great, have built in coffee tables and an electric outlet, which is very convenient.

Location & Vibe 10/10! The beach is very beautiful and convenient to access. The sun beds are plenty and free to use on the beach as well. Restaurants food is very delicious and value for money. Totally recommend if you’re looking for leisurely stay

As usual, I paid for ocean view but got glimpse of ocean. If you pay for ocean view, make sure you get a room on 5th floor or higher.

The location, beach access and staff are awesome. Hotel staff are always there to help. You can also venture out on foot to nightlife in Cancun.
