However the drinks were awful! Their margaritas were not good. The quality of the bourbon and tequila wasn’t what we usually get at resorts in Mexico.

The hotel itself looks very tired. Two of the restaurants had leaking ceilings while we were eating. The elevator was broken and had to use the stairs. The animals roam the area inside and their feces were left on the staircase all day.

The staff was mostly friendly. Room was a good location. The bartender at the swimup was amazing. Activity’s during the day kept us entertained.

The hotel has several dining options that exceeded our expectations. The Italian restaurant is wonderful. During the day, by the pool, the service is divine. Our stay was made incredible by the exceptional service provided by Rafa, Alejandro, Alejandra, Arturo, Ana Banana, Francisco, and many other staff members who take joy in serving us, always smiling and welcoming. The activities by the pool are very cool and the peaceful atmosphere is perfect. Congratulations on the excellent service.

Not enough choices for activities. The property in front is hardly developed. It would be nice to have more walking paths, gardens, tennis courts, miniature golfing , shuffle board etc. , plus more night shows. The piano or guitar in the lobby was great, but definitely not enough for the whole night to entertain. We enjoyed the Mexican show and the water show.

We couldn’t book into one of the restaurants as it was full. Being there for a limited stay meant that that the Tempest restaurant was effectively unavailable to us .

Brilliant staff, service and a beautiful hotel. Rooms were very big and comfortable. Plenty of choice whilst still maintaining a sense of privacy and not being too overcrowded.

I was quite disappointed they couldn’t offer a complementary room/shower facilities for the day you leave. Specially if you’ve got a late flight is nice they let you use the hotel facilities but they couldn’t accommodate us for having access to a shower or a small space to get ready for our flight, it would have made a big difference.

The check in process took forever and the language barrier is serious. Beware of scammers even on the resort. I went to a nightclub with a show and it was not worth their over priced tickets. There’s many scammers from the airport to the resort. With the workers, who were amazing, they often leave out important details like reservations for certain aspects of the restaurant or extra charges not listed on the resorts’ app.

The property was absolutely amazing. The room service was free and I didn’t even leave my room to eat half of my meals! The pool and swim up bar were amazing. There’s a beach right outside of the resort with massages, jet skis, and more for an extra price. The food was very high quality for a resort and I would definitely come back again!

We all wished there was a small snack bar by the pool.

We had the best time at this resort. The rooms were so clean and the bed and linens were comfortable. There were many activities to participate in all day. Yuni always made every activity really fun. We loved hanging by the pool and at the beach which a was clean! The water was gorgeous. The spa was so relaxing. Before our massage, we did the hydrotherapy session. It was a really nice complimentary add-on. What made this stay better than other all inclusive resorts was the food! We really thought the food was excellent. We ate at the sushi, hibachi, Italian restaurants while we were there and all were so good. We also ordered room service for breakfast which was such a nice treat. We loved the craft cocktail bar. The coffee shop had the most cheerful and efficient barista.

There is nothing to not like about it. Breakfast was amazing so much choice. We thought the Japanese was very basic and we left after the first course.

lack of facilities and distance to travel to smoke was a particular issue for many of the guests. Bar staff packing bars up 1 hour to 30 minutes before closing time made us feel like we were not welcome to have a night cap.

Italian restaurant terrible do not get the meatballs, also was sick from the burger at lunch make sure you ask for them well done. Cabana experience not great for the money as the service was probably as good at the regular beach loungers which are free. Very limited menu considering you are paying for the cabana, once the money is taken service seems to deteriorate. Buffet was closed for lunch which meant there was no air conditioned option…not ideal in 34 degrees.

Too many marketers that blend among the hotel staff. It was a little tough navigating the lobby or sleeping in the first days as individuals would approach or call our room promoting different programs and add-ons.

We had an issue with our toilet but they staff was on top of it and responded quickly to get it taken care of. The mini bar would prefer to have a little more option than what was there.

We loved everything about the resort! We were very amazed at how friendly and open everyone was. We loved the smaller size and the food was amazing! We loved not having to show a band or prove who we were and everyone was always so helpful. The room with the swim up pool was out of this world!
