Spacious rooms with high ceiling and very comfortable bed. superb sea view and excellent breakfast in the morning

The room had no heaters in the toilet or in the bathroom so they were actually quite cold. We had to keep both doors open to make them almost comfortable. The room itself was on the chilly side too.

The staff were all absolutely fantastic! We enjoyed talking to them. They were fun and friendly. They were extremely helpful, and very forgiving! The breakfast spread was great, they were always replenishing the stock as soon as it was empty or before, and everything was very fresh. Everything was very clean and well kept. We would definitely stay there again!

Room decor is a bit dated.

Excellent location with very helpful and friendly staff. Large spacious room with comfortable bed and amazing shower. Decent continental breakfast. Very secure parking available on request for an additional fee. Room decor could use an update but great value for money! Would certainly stay here again!

Great sea view location. Very clean rooms and breakfast was tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy to park car, as you can pay street parking to the reception. Many restaurants nearby at the harbor.

Breakfast choices not good. Gluten free bread provided, was dry and inedible. We bought our own gluten free muesli and ate that. No kettle, coffee, tea in room was disappointing.

Our room was at the top of the hotel and because the weather was so sunny it was hot at night.We asked for a fan a did get one which helped.

The location was excellent and you could have breakfast or an evening drink looking out to the beach and sea. There was a good choice of food for breakfast.

If I was being ultra picky, the room could have had at least a small fan (ideally, air conditioning) as it was a little warm and stuffy - but that said, it was extremely hot weather during the week and I appreciate it isn't always like that. Really, nothing wrong with the hotel at all and would definately stop there again.

The hotel location was superb with an lovely view from the terrace and restaurant area. The eating area was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very nice! The room iteself was a little warm (the weather was 27 degrees c and there was no air conditioning or fan) but other than that, it was an excellent room and superb value for money. The staff were polite, friendly and very welcoming. Would definately stop there again.

The rooms are somewhat bland and a bit tired. More disappointingly the beds and bedsheets, although perfectly clean and all, were a bit too worn to offer anything approaching the pleasure of fresh, crisp linen and a good mattress. However they were not uncomfortable and this is really a minor quibble. Falling asleep to the roar of the waves is compensation enough!

Small beachfront 3 star hotel. It is the closest you can get to the actual hotel in the legendary Faulty Towers TV series, minus the mad owner and bumbling porter. On the contrary, the staff were uniformly friendly, courteous and efficient. The ground floor restaurant/bar is nicely renovated, cosy and with a very nice view on the beach. Breakfast was reasonable for a 3-star and the main attractions of Scheveningen, such as they are, are within walking distance. There is a tramway stop for the two Hague city center lines a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The room was very big (and very plain) and bathroom was good for such a hotel, with a separate round bathtub and shower. Basic toiletries are provided. Parking is available at a reasonable (by local standards) daily charge.

The location is perfect. Our room had a fabulous sea view. The staff were kind and helpful sorting out gluten free bread for our son and being supportive with our ongoing car issues. I would like to thank them.

The bed was not a double bed but 2 single beds. That was terrible. You cant even cuddle in bed because the beds drift apart and you fall down to the floor in between. No coffeemaker on the room
