We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Staff were excellent. Would have hoped for sausages, bacon at breakfast so instead we used nearby restaurants which had better fare and were better value.

CanadaNo air conditioning. Only 22 degrees outside but the room was hotter. Called front desk, they just said ensure we had it turned on right cooling mode and high fan setting, that did not change anything. Was hard to sleep.
Located in a nice quiet area. Modern updated hotel, lobby with 24 hour attendance. The room was a good size and modern. Very clean. A good breakfast was provided.

Excellent hotel with very good breakfast. Room was very nice with spacious and superb bathroom. The hotel is near metro stations. Our room was on the sixth floor and there weren't much noise from the street. Beds were very good. Staff is helpful and nice.

NorwayOur room was on the 6th floor, and it was very hot. We turned on the AC, but nothing helped. I had to finally call the reception at 2 AM as we were unable to sleep because it was so hot. We were then told to switch off the AC, but it did not help either. We had to ask for a fan so we could sleep. It was good that the staff was helpful, and they provided the fan quickly, and we were able to sleep. We had to keep the fan running for our entire stay, or else it was quite hot, even when the temperature outside was below 20.
The room was spacious and clean. They cleaned our room every day, which was good. The staff was quite friendly and willing to help. The breakfast did not had much variety for warn food but desserts were awesome. Specially very small portions of cakes that one can try. Good choice of drinks as well.

PortugalOur entire room only had 2 outlets, no outlets bedside or in the bathroom which was very inconvenient.
The location was fine, about a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Very clean and easy lobby and elevator with key card access for extra security. Staff were very nice and helpful. They provided a service to help me do a nice gesture with flower petals and nice towel designs on the bed for Valentine’s Day! Some services that the hotel provide are cash only, there is an ATM about 100 meters from the hotel.

GreeceLocated in a nice, central neighborhood near Metro station Picoas, and with many taxis one could find outside the nearby Sheraton Hotel. We mainly used Taxis, because they are extremely inexpensive in Lisbon. The room was well-sized, the beds where so comfy, everything was quite new. We had a great time!!
