The property is outdated and in need of general upkeep, especially when compared to other Embassy Suites I’ve frequented. The decor and furnishings were old and consisted of golden colored wallpaper, burgundy couches, green carpeting that bubbled in places, upholstered chairs in the room. In addition to the old furnishings, the carpet and 1 of the 3-4 chairs was stained, the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower bubbled and was cracking & the desk lamp had a short in it. I had to wrap the cord around the lamp’s fixture to solidify the lamp’s position in order to charge my phone. At an Embassy Suites, these things are not expected, but by the exterior, I could tell the decor was going to be outdated.

Each staff member was amazing any time something was needed, no matter how small! Of course, breakfast was amazing as well! The water was hot…almost too hot. Multiple sinks (3) in the rooms and of course the 2 room suite was nice with more than enough room for myself and my guest. The location was nice and remote off the interstate which was convenient! The fitness room was updated and boasted a Peloton bike!

At night people were loud and the noises were hard to not hear. The hotel has an open center where sound travels. There was loud banging all day and night. Never did figure that out.

I liked the location, omelet station, and room size.

The shower as usual had hair in the tub area like all the rest of the hotels that I have stayed. No one cleans the bathroom after each patron leaving hairs.. and I hate the parking pay with your phone.this seems to cut out a lot of people who may not be tech savvy

Still haven’t received my incidental fee

Everything was great , just disappointed because I have not received my incidental fee and I was advised it would be 2 to 3 days and the money would return to my card that was February 14 today is February 20 still no refund

You can hear everything in the room. Any noise from outside the room can easily filter into the room. Also, you should not need to pay for parking when you are already paying so much for the room.

The beds are comfortable, and the full hot breakfast was awesome!

furniture in room needs updating or at least cleaning. (stained and worn) So do the hallways carpeting (4th floor) - No business center - needed to use printer, (hidden away in the gift shop but could only use if you had a smartphone and i was working with a laptop.

breakfast was a good mix of choices from yogurts to oatmeal, fruit, proteins, - the made to order omelet station was amazing - Coffee was soso - very nice staff- some did not speak english, so there was a bit of communication issue, but got resolved. Front desk staff was helpful. Also great hot water for showering. and Happy hour is a nice bonus.

We would have preferred queen beds instead of double beds for a little more room. One person in our group decided to sleep on the couch for more room. Unfortunately, the AI housekeeping service was never answered and housekeepers did not speak English, so we waited 2 days and then asked the front desk for an extra blanket. Up until then, hubby was wearing a winter coat to bed.

Perfect location for us. The breakfast buffet was convenient and plentiful. The omelet station was outstanding. We enjoyed the free drinks and snacks in the evening. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The suite was nice but the carpet was very dirty and had various dark spots all over. The windows were dirty with debris that you can see when you look outside.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The happy hour was nice too and the free drinks made it great. The location was beautiful!

They really need to consider updating the furniture. It’s a little dark and the furniture is in there for years. In order to be competitive with the newer facility, you’ve got update sometime and it’s way past time for them to update the furniture, their rugs, etc. also paint the walls to make it feel more cheerful
