We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOne thing I don’t like is the cannabis policy. I booked a smoking room and after a long day of walking, having to keep walking and going up and down and off the boardwalk just to smoke. I wanted to be able to lay down and smoke without having to be crowded around people who may not like the smell and also with kids being around constantly, it takes the point away of paying for smoking room. However that didnt stop me from enjoying my stay. Some of us guests are introverts that don’t wanna be around or bothered and just want be smoke in peace, away from kids, crowds, and possible dangerous situations from just standing outside trying to smoke a blunt that helps them fall asleep. Please reconsider the Cannabis policy and allow smoking cannabis maybe on a specific floor or designated cannabis consumption zone as for some of us while be having munchies and willing spend to be completely full in the stomach!
I love the welcoming lighting as you walk in the building and the room as well. I loved seeing Slashes bike, and the Hard Rock Cafe was quick and amazing. Recommend the hurricane drink!!!
