We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesPillows were VERY old and needed replacing. Linens could have been better, but they were clean, so really can't complain.
Basic off the highway accommodations in Little Rock - The room was clean and had been updated not too long ago. Being unfamiliar with the area, we came to the conclusion that it isn't the best area. Although we didn't experience any issues, you are unable to go into the lobby at all - they have a window that you check in/out at, and signs everywhere that state "lobby closed, no breakfast, no entry" etc. We did see alot of foot traffic around. We were able to park right in front of our room which was nice since it was raining. Note : They do charge a $25 deposit for damages and will take a picture of your credit card. I had to specifically ask that they inspect our room before we left in order to get that back.

I made a mistake reserving a wrong date. When I showed up they couldn't see my reservation. Looking at my confirmation they informed me about the date. They cheerfully honored the rate. Room was clean. Great price

Pillow case was soiled. No answer when trying to reach someone in office. If I weren't so exhausted from traveling, I would have gone somewhere else.
