Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. The mattress was worn out and well past being uncomfortable. The ice machine has been broken since my first stay in February of ‘25.
A clean quiet room close to I-40 where everything works in the room. I am sure there are many more features but “you can’t watch everything man”.

Pillows were VERY old and needed replacing. Linens could have been better, but they were clean, so really can't complain.
Basic off the highway accommodations in Little Rock - The room was clean and had been updated not too long ago. Being unfamiliar with the area, we came to the conclusion that it isn't the best area. Although we didn't experience any issues, you are unable to go into the lobby at all - they have a window that you check in/out at, and signs everywhere that state "lobby closed, no breakfast, no entry" etc. We did see alot of foot traffic around. We were able to park right in front of our room which was nice since it was raining. Note : They do charge a $25 deposit for damages and will take a picture of your credit card. I had to specifically ask that they inspect our room before we left in order to get that back.

Had to change rooms as the ceiling was caved in and leaking from room above. Could tell it was patched multiple times. A bit noisy from people in the parking lot having a party.

The shower head was removable. However it was zip tied (with 7 zip ties) and tapped. It worked fine but looked bad
I made a mistake reserving a wrong date. When I showed up they couldn't see my reservation. Looking at my confirmation they informed me about the date. They cheerfully honored the rate. Room was clean. Great price

Bathroom heat lamp burned out. Toilet flushing handle broken. Carpet needing cleaning around furniture legs.

The area. Although it was close to where I needed to be, the area was sort of run down and the food choices were very limited unless you wanted delivery.
Staff was very nice and accommodating and the front desk remembered my name.

Driving into the property at night was exceptionally dark. Parking lot needs more night light.
The price was great for the room. All amenities did work. The bed covering was clean, and the bed was not too soft and not too firm.

I am six foot four and the shower head is low like in Europe.
Competitive rate, located close to Little Rock on a dead end road. A quiet room close to I-30 where no traffic noise can be heard. Every thing in the room works and all available television channels are provided.

Lobby closed, attendant didn't speak english,he was behind a window, couldn't hear him, no direction to my room. Heater was loud and not heating. Too cold to shower. Pillow case was soiled. No answer when trying to reach someone in office. If I weren't so exhausted from traveling, I would have gone somewhere else.
